Actuality of physical education teachers in rural middle school of Anhui province——An investigation into students of“National Training Plan”

An investigation on students ofNational training planin Anhui Province was carried out to know the actuality of physical education teachers in rural middle school of Anhui Province. Results showed that the gender proportion of the subjects is unbalanced and that the age,academic qualification,professional title of the staff conform to the demand of society. Besides,the teachers' workload is reasonable in collectivity but individual disparity is significant. The physical education teachers give their vocation a mediocre evaluation and the discontent focuses on the treatment and social status. It was suggested that the unbalanced gender proportion of physical education teachers should be ameliorated,the vocational evaluation should be improved,and the advanced study and training should be conducted to enhance the occupational quality of physical education teacher.
