Analysis and Evaluation on Present Situation of Large-sized Irrigation Districts in Liaoning Province

Abstract

By using present situation-evaluation index system of irrigation district,Present-situation comprehe-nsive evaluation is conducted of large-sized irrigation district in Liaoning province and the urgent degree of water-saving reform of irrigation district is analyzed. At the same time, this paper presented so more intuitive estimated result from qualitative angle and aimed at providing decision-making support for construction and management of water-saving reform of large-sized irrigation districts.
