Abstract

Pointing to problems of Large-Moderate-Sized Irrigation District In Hebei Province, such as aging of engineering , no scheme of establishment , subside of efficiency and difficulty of water prices, the writer put forward favorable revolution countermeasures of Irrigation District, including: to fortify management of engineering , generalize measures of water-saving , found soundly institution of water due and increase input of Irrigation District.
