Abstract
Through investigation of water-saving rehabilitation projects of large-scaled irrigation districts in China,an economic evaluation model of large-scaled irrigation district water-saving rehabilitation projects is proposed according to Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Fuzzy theories. In the model,a hierarchical structure is established according to AHP method, and an evaluation indicator system is designed based on Fuzzy theory. The model is applied in two typical irrigation districts in China-Shaoshan Irrigation District in Hunan Province and Qingtongxia Irrigation District in Ningxia, and the results of evaluation are discussed to testify the validity of the model.
