Triple Dimensions of the Necessity of the Rule of Law Governance

The Third Plenary Session of the CPC's Eighteenth Congress put forward the overall goal of deepening reform comprehensively:the construction of national governance system and governance capacity modernization.The Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC's Eighteenth Congress proposed an important comprehensive strategy of governing the country according to law,which marks the Chinese process of governing the country according to law into a new historical period.Judging from the viewpoint of the historical experiences and lessons in China,from the current situation of global governance,and from the viewpoint of promoting China's modernization process,the implementation of the rule of law governance year by year and the construction of country,government and society under the rule of law are major strategic tasks.Therefore,if we want to promote the economic development and solve the social contradictions and social problems by the law governance,and to strengthen the competitive power of the Chinese influence on international affairs,we must promote the process of the rule of law governance.Above all,the advancement of China's rule of law governance should always adhere to the leadership of the party,adhere to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics and the basic system of socialism.
