Probing into the CPC Measurement of the Governance by Law

In order to obtain more support for the governance,it requires us to balance the relationships between the leadership of the Party and the governance,between the governance by law and the rule over the country by law,between the law of the country and the rule of the Party,and between the governance by law and the “Three Represents”.Recently,due to the implementation of the governance by law,we should do the following:Firstly,to attain the idea of governance by law and enhance the consciousness of governance by law;secondly,to make it clear the evaluation criterion of the development of the abilities of governance by law and improve the abilities of governance;thirdly,to establish the system of the Party’s governance by law,persist in the innovation of the Party’s rule and give the system guarantee for the governance by law;fourthly,to reform and further the art of leadership and governance according to the requirements of the governance by law;and fifthly,to combine the governance by law and implementation of “Three Represents” perfectly.
