Abstract
The new nano solid superacid S2O82-/ZrO2-Fe2O3-SiO2 is prepared by using nanometer chemical technology and using the synthesis of cyclohexyl acetate.The optimunm conditions are:mola ratio of acetic acid to cyclohexane,1.0∶1.2;the amount of catalyst,2 g,and the reaction tine,90 min.The yield of ester was 96.5%.The experimental results indicate that S2O82-/ZrO2-Fe2O3-SiO2 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing cyclohexyl acetate with the advantages of smaller quantity of catalyst,better reusability,shorter reaction time,higher yield of ester and simpler operation method.
