Abstract
Synthesis of cyclohexyl acetate with rare earth composite solid superacid catalyst of SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2/Ce~(4+)was investigated. The kinetic parameters of reaction were measured at 100℃,110℃and 120℃respectively and the kinetic equation was thus built, which were compared with those of the reaction without catalyst. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:when the dosage of acetic acid was 0.2621mol,molar ratio of cyclohexanol to acetic acid was 1.5:1,the amounts of the catalyst was 1.0g,the dosage of cyclohexane as water-taking reagent was 12mL.The activation energy of the reaction with solid super acidic catalyst was obviously lower than that of the reaction without catalyst.Suggesting that SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2/Ce~(4+) was the effective catalyst for the synthesis of cyclohexyl acetate.
