Exploration on Talent Cultivation Mode for Local University Based on Professional Certification

Abstract

Engineering education professional certification is an important means to ensure the instructional quality of engineering education in the higher engineering education quality monitory system.This paper presents the exploration on talent cultivation mode to meet the criterion of professional certification,taking Guangxi University of Technology as an example.For the novel talent cultivation mode,this paper discusses talent cultivation objective construction,talent cultivation contents determination,diversified teaching mode,diversified talent cultivation method,and diversified talent assessment system.
