Abstract

Based on some business colleges' survey dataset,from the aspect of talent cultivation aim,talent cultivation mode,and talent cultivation quality,this paper compares the talent cultivation mode of the special high quality talent and the top-notch personnel,and under the quality assessment and monitoring framework,the paper discusses the direction and path of the talent cultivation mode innovation.
