New Explorations on Implementation of Order-type Talent Cultivation Mode in Vocational Colleges

In light of analysis of the key link of order-type talent cultivation and the changes in talent cultivation concept,the quality concept of talent training in vocational colleges,the article expounds that the key approach for performing education reform,improving talent training quality,guaranteeing no gapbetween students’knowledge and post requirements,and improving students’employment quality is to implement the order-type talent cultivation mode and achieve college-enterprise,production-study integration.
