Abstract

According to the requirements of the research-type teaching for the quality of teachersthe teaching idea that the teachers should foster,the moral qualities they should develop,and the education they should have are discussed respectively.The three abilities of innovation,scientific research and knowledge assimilation which the teachers need for the research-type teaching are also pointed out,in order to provide some information for bringing up a new generation of high-quality teaching contingent of the research-type teaching.
