The research on teaching is the way for teachers' development.The research on teaching is not only the demand for specialization and self-determination in occupation,the process of gaining and deepening practical knowledge,the way to improve the teaching level,but also the base of developing teaching ability and presenting teaching witness.Teachers should attach importance to it and carry out it.
