Research on College Teaching Quality Evaluation System Innovation

College teaching quality evaluation system still has some unreasonable things, need for innovation. This paper argues that the body needs to evaluate the quality of teaching, methods and content, evaluation object and evaluation index, for innovation,and the evaluation results should be made public in order to play its due role. Evaluation of teaching quality management to include teaching, peer teachers, students, employers and classroom teachers; evaluation object include classroom teachers, students, and teaching units in curriculum teaching; evaluation content should have the professional ethics of teachers, teaching job preparation,teaching process organization, teaching business level, teaching effectiveness and so on; evaluation methods should be in various forms, including daily teaching examination, teaching supervision, centralized evaluation and so on.
