Abstract

The financing is the focus and difficulty for the auxiliary projects of South-to-North Water Diversion Project(SNWDP).According to the actual investment and financing work for the auxiliary projects of SNWDP,the following aspects are studied based on the analysis of the recent investment and financing polices for hydraulic projects in China: how to make the best use of policy,innovation of the investment and financing modes and establishment of a diversified financing system.Specific countermeasures are put forward so as to provide reference for solving the financing problems for the auxiliary projects of SNWDP.
