Abstract

As large scale urban infrastructure,low profitability and financing difficulty have been the key factors restricting the rapid developments of urban metro in China.Based on the analysis of the four metro investment and financing modes,analyzes the key problems of investment and financing mode of metro projects.Further,puts forward the main strategies to deal with the prombles of metro project financing,provides reference for the innovation of investment and financing of metro projects.
