Suggestion on Investment and Financing of Urban Infrastructure Construction Projects in China

Based on the analysis on the problems in the infrastructure projects in China, some proposals are made on investment and financing of the urban infrastructure projects as follows: increasing the bond financing of the in- frastructure, deepening the securitization financing of the infrastructure, clarifying the investment and financing function orientation of the government, strengthening legal construction in the field of infrastructure investment and financing, building the infrastructure financial guarantee and return on investment mechanism, and protecting the interests of the investors.
