Abstract

University teachers as a key factor become more and more important in the teaching field of China. The influence of university teachers' morality is significant for students. The construction of teachers' morality at universities is a dynamic process and it should keep up with the time. So it should not only adjust the forthcoming method according to the challenge which the university teachers faced on but also explore the new practice in the process of the construction of teachers' morality.
