Thoughts about Teachers’ Morality Education Based on Characteristics of Teachers’ Morality

Teachers' morality has the characteristics that superior to the general vocational moralities: it has wide meanings and great permeability;on the other hand,it has higher requests and strong demonstration. The teachers' morality has to be enhanced,if the teachers want to own the morality accomplishment that suits to their high reputation. Firstly,in order to motivate the teachers' internal initiative and realize the teachers' self-cultivation,the teachers' internalization should be emphasized. Secondly,in order to help teachers practice their own morality and belief,they themselves should be educated during their educating their students.
