Discussion on the College Teachers' Morality Construction

The connotation of teachers'morality is interpreted.The problems and confusions about teachers' morality construction are analyzed.It is proposed to improve the higher educational quality,the faculty quality,and establish the teachers' sense of politics,responsibility,integrity and innovation in the context of scientific outlook on development.Such ideas like human-orientation,student-orientation,and student-and teacher equality should be put into practice in the innovation and construction of teachers' morality.
