Countermeasure to the Problems of the Construction of Teachers' Morality in College

Abstract
It is an urgent subject to enhance the construction of teachers' morality in college under the new conditions.Facing the slackness of teachers' morality in college,some countermeasures to the problem should be set up,which include the necessity to advocate the new concept of man first to construct teachers' morality,perfect the system of teachers' quality according to the law and regulations for teachers' morality,reinforce the management and set up rigorous system of rewarding and punishment,etc.
