Abstract
Aim:To investigate the safety and efficacy of preemptive analgesia for postoperative analgesia of flurbiprofen axetil injection in geriatric patients. Methods:A total of 90 geriatric patients aged from 60 to 70 years undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly divided into three groups. The patients in group A received post operative analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil injection 50 mg after anesthesia and before operation. The patients in group B received post operative analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil injection 50 mg after operation. The patients in group C received normal saline. All groups received patient controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA) after operation. In group A and B,PCIA mixture consisted of flurbiprofen axetil injection 1 mg/kg combined with fentanyl 8 μg/kg and normal saline(100 mL).In group C,PCIA mixture consisted of fentanyl 10 μg/kg and normal saline(100 mL).And all groups received granisetron 3 mg at the end of the operation. Results:There was significant difference in visual analgesia pain scores among three groups(Ftime=1 766.000,P0.001;Fgroup=66.649,P0.001).There was significant difference in sedation score among different time points(Ftime=375.400,P0.001),and no significant difference among three groups(Fgroup=1.164,P=0.371).The incidence of arrhythmia, respiratory depression, and coagulation disfunction was not observed. There was no side reaction in three groups. Conclusion:Geriatric patients received flurbiprofen axetil injection could offer superior, safer and no side reactions preemptive analgesia for postoperative analgesia.
