Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of preemptive analgesia with Flurbiprofen axetil in eye surgery. Methods 90 patients undergoing eye surgery were randomly divided into 3 groups. The patients in group F received Flurbiprofen axetil injection 1 mg/kg 15 minutes before operation;the patients in group P received pethidine 1.0 to 2.0 mg/kg 15 minites before operation;and the patients in group N received saline as a control. The VAS,RSS,vital signs and adverse reactions were observed. Results The F group showed lower VAS at any time point than the P and N group. The RSS in the F group were less than that in the P group,The side effects in group F were also less than those in group P.Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil can offer more effective and safer preemptive analgesia for perioperative pain relief in eye surgery without any obvious adverse reaction.
