Abstract
The total flavones was extracted from persimmon leaves by microwave extraction method. The effects of ethanol mass concentration, microwave irradiation power,solid-liquid ratio(g∶mL) and microwave irradiation time on the extraction rate of total flavones from persimmon leaves were studied. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows:ethanol mass concentration of 65%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25(g∶mL),microwave irradiation power of 300 W,microwave irradiation time of 15 min(extracting for 5 times, once for 3 min).Under above conditions, the extraction rate of total flavones was 5.22%.The total flavones was characterized by UV and FTIR.The method was efficient, for it cost less time and energy with high extraction rate.
