Study on Extraction of Flavones from Persimmon Leaves

Abstract

In order to develop medical value of flavones active substance from persimmon leaves,in the paper,flavones were extracted from persimmon leaves using ethanol.Factors affecting the extracting rate were studied.Because rutin-Aluminum compound has the greatest absorption in 510 nm,flavones content were determined by spectrophotometer method.Effects of extraction time,extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio and ethanol concentration on the obtaining rate of flavones were studied.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained through single factors and orthogonal experiments.The best parameters were as follows: extraction temperature at 80℃,extraction time 40min,70% ethanol concentration and the ratio of solid-liquid is 1:35.The obtaining rate of flavones from persimmon leaves is 5.76%.Among the conditions,affecting the extraction rate in turn is: extraction time extraction temperature solid-liquid ratio ethanol concentration.
