Abstract
Flavones were extracted from bamboo leaf assisted with ethanol by microwave radition. The results indicated the best extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of solid to liquid was 1/25(w/w),ethanol concentration was 60%(v/v),microwave radiation power was 600 W,extraction time was 6 min.Under these conditions, the extraction yield of flavones was 2.93%.
