Abstract
ObjectiveTo optimize the extraction process of total flavones in Persimmon Leaves.MethodsThe concentration and volume of alcohol,extraction time and frequency were systematically studied by the content of total flavones as the marker.ResultsThe more effective way to extract total flavones was extraction with 25 times amount of 80% alcohol under reflux for 4 times.ConclusionThis method obtains more effective components.It is stable and reliable.
