Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate and irbesartan in treatment of es-sential hypertension. Methods From January 2011 to January 2012 in our hospital,72 patients with essential hypertension according to the random number table were randomly divided into observation group(levamlodipine besylate+irbesartan) and control group(irbesartan) of 36 cases in each.Observed 36 cases in which levamlodipine besylate ini-tial amount of daily 2.5mg,without adverse reactions,3 d later increased to 5 mg/d;irbesartan the initial volume of daily 150 mg,without adverse reactions,3 d later increased to 300 mg/d,once daily for 4 weeks in the control group of36 patients, the initial amount I irbesartan daily 150mg,such as no adverse reactions,3 d later increased to 300 mg/d,once daily for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment to monitor urine routine, liver and kidney function, blood lipids, blood glucose, serum electrolytes and ECG were observed and compared before and after treatment systolic blood pres-sure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) changes as well as two groups of patients after 4 weeks efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The study group after 4 weeks after treatment, the total effective rate was 94.4%,significantly higher than the control group(P0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, observation group and control group of patients with SBP,DBP were significantly reduced compared with before treatment, and the observation group after treatment SBP,DBP was lowered than the control group more pronounced. Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate and irbesartan in treatment of essential hypertension has good efficacy,is safety, and worthy of promotion and application.
