Clinical observation of benzenesulfonate levamlodipine in the treatment of hypertension

Objective To study the curative effect of levamlodipine besylate in treatment of hypertension. Methods72 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 36 cases. Control group received amlodipine 2. 5mg treatment. Observation group received benzenesulfonate levamlodipine 5mg treatment. After treatment compared the clinical efficacy,blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid changes of two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91. 7% higher than 75. 0% of control group; After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment; After treatment the fasting blood glucose and insulin levels of observation group was lower than before treatment and control group,insulin sensitivity index was significantly decreased compared with before treatment and control group; The triglycerides,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels was significantly lower than before treatment and control group; the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased compared with before treatment and control group,the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The curative effect of levamlodipine besylate in treatment of hypertension is good.
