Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and security of Levamlodipine besylate combined with Valsartan in the treatment of primary hypertension.Method:130 patients with primary hypertension in our hospital were selected from May 2010 to May 2012,they were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly,65 cases in each group, the control group was given oral Levamlodipine besylate 2.5 mg one day, while the observation group was given oral Valsartan 80 mg one day on the basis of the control group. The Levamlodipine besylate and Valsartan dose reached to 5 mg and 160 mg respectively if the efficacy was not good after one week′s treatment. The adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:Systolic and diastolic pressure of patients in the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment significantly, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05),there were no significant difference between control and observation group after treatment(P0.05).The total efficacy of the observation group was 96.9%,it was significantly higher than the 84.6% of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion:Levamlodipine besylate combined with Valsartan is more efficient than single Levamlodipine besylate to decrease blood pressure in the treatment of primary hypertension,is worthy of promotion.
