Shenkang Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy:Clinical Observation of 34 Cases

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Shenkang injection in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Method:The treatment group included 34 patients who were taken combination therapy of Shenkang injection and basic treatment.The control group included 52 patients at the same period who were taken a basic treatment without Shenkang injection.The basic treatment was controlling blood sugar with insulin,controlling blood pressure with ACEI and ARB,controlling diet and symptomatic treatment.The application methods of Shenkang injection was that,adding 5% glucose solution 300 ml in Shenkang injection 100 ml,intravenous infusion,1 time per day,the treatment lasted for 28 days.Result:The two groups had both efficacy in urinary protein excretion,creatinine,urea nitrogen,fasting blood glucose,cholesterol and triglycerides.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in urinary protein excretion,creatinine,urea nitrogen,cholesterol and triglycerides.Conclusion:Shenkang injection can significant improve renal function and reduce blood lipids of diabetic nephropathy.
