Clinical observation on the effect of Shenkang injection on hemorheology of diabetic nephropathy patients

Objective To explore the effect of Shenkang injection(SKI),a Chinese herbal medicine on hemorheology of diabetic nephropathy(DN) patients.Methods Sixty-eight diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(35 patients) and the control group(33 patients).33 patients in the control group were treated with conventional blood pressure reduction,blood fat reduction,anticoagulation and blood sugar reduction therapy for aperiod of 14 days.The patients in treatment were also treatment with conventional therapy mentioned above plus Shenkang injection 60m and 0.9% sodium chloride in 250ml for intravenous drip;Once a day for a course of 14 days.Then the results of treament in both gorups were campared.Results The parameters of blood sugar(FPG,2 hPG),blood creatinine(cr) and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urine trace proteinuria(UAER),whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,red blood cell deposited,fibrinogen in of control group.(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Shenkang injection(SKJ) can improve the hyper coagulability,hyperlipidemia state and it is conducive to treament of diabetic nephrophathy patients.
