Efficacy of Shenkang injection in the treatment of early diabetic nephrorathy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Shenkang injection in the treatment of early diabetic nephrorathy.Methods: Forty patients with early diabetic nephrorathy were randomly divided into 2 groups,and treated with conventional therapy alone(control,n=20) or combined with Shenkang injection(n=20).Urinary albumen excretion in 24h and the changes in scores in total signs were recorded.Results: The overall effective rate was significantly higher in Shenkang injection group(65.0%) than in control group(30.0%).Urinary albumen excretion and the scores in total signs were greatly improved after treatment with Shenkang injection.Conclusion: Shenkang injection is effective in the treatment of early diabetic nephrorathy.
