Abstract
Objective:To investigate the factors that influence the prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The relation between the patient age, preoperative consciousness, skull imaging information (CT),therapeutic methods, clinical complication and the prognosis for 403 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed. Results: Age, consciousness, the amount and position of hemorrhage, therapeutic method, and clinical complication were related to the patients' mortality. Conclusion: A lot of factors influence the prognosis of patients with surgical treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
