Abstract

Objective To explore the relevant factors of prognosis among patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were included in recent two years. All patients were divided into two groups depending on prognosis during the 3 months' follow-up.We compared the baselines between the groups and used logistic regression model to analyze risk factors. Results 148 patients were included and 44.59% of patients had a poor prognosis.Prognosis among patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage may be related to the GCS scores(P=0.000,OR=0.264),hemorrhage at ventricle(P=0.002,OR=44.725),hemorrhage volume(P=0.01,OR=1.045).Conclusion Poor prognosis among hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is very common, often is associated with conscious state, hemorrhage at ventricle and hemorrhage volume.
