Abstract
Objective To explore the prognosis of clinical factors which influence on surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical date of 345 cases were reviewed retrospectively.Results 55 cases were good recovery, 136 cases in moderate disability,69 cases in severe disability,28 cases were living as persistent vegetative state,66 cases died.Conclusion Consciousness, amount of bleeding, bleeding size,bleeding if broken into the ventricle ,the operation time selection and age are key prognostic factors for surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
