Abstract

Purpose To investigate the factors that influence the prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method The relation between the clinical complication, skull imaging information(CT or MRI), clinical complications, therapeutic methods, artificial factors and the prognosis for 393 cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage was analyzed, contrasted, and medical-statistically managed. Result Massive bleeding, brain stem bleeding, bleeding rupturing into most part of ventricles, severe clinical complication, agedness, unsuitable therapeutic method, and unsuitable artificial factors et al, can increase death rate significantly. All of the above factors can lead to bad prognosis. Conclusion A lot of factors influence the prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
