Artemisia argyi Zhuanggu decoction by physical therapy for treatment of intractable effect of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion of observation

Objective To investigate the effect of Artemisia argyizhuanggu by physical therapy in refractory lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods A total of 200 cases with refractorylumbar protrusion of the intervertebral disc were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 100 cases in each, two groups of physical therapy, control group used water as the physical medium, the observation group used Eucommia ulmoides, such as Chinese herbal medicine based self leaves Zhuanggu Decoction plus or minusdecoction after vacuum packaging as a physical medium, the clinical effects and paindegree were compared between two group. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(95% vs 79%, P0.05). The observation grouppainless rate was higher than the control group, the observation group pain were significantly lighter than the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion Folium Artemisiae argyi Zhuanggu by physical therapy for treatment of intractable prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc can relieve the pain of patients, is worthy of promotion and application.
