Clinical Observation and Immunology Analysis on 30 Cases with Elderly Kidney Deficiency Type Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated by Raise Blood Solid Renal Decoction

Objective: To study the efficacy and safety and analyzes immunology inflammation factor of Raise Blood Solid Renal Decoction on elderly kidney deficiency type protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods: 60 cases of elder kidney empty type prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30),respectively treated with Raise Blood Solid Renal Decoction and strong waist health renal pill.The stage curative effect,JOA score,VAS score and inflammatory factor(TNF-αand IL-6) were compared between the two groups.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%;the treatment group showed better total effective rate than the control group(P0.05).The JOA score of the treatment was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P0.05);the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P0.05).The Decline rate of TNF-αand IL-6 in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion: Raise Blood Solid Renal Decoction can provide better effect on elder kidney deficiency type protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,relieve the symptoms and reduce the level of TNF-αand IL-6.
