Abstract
Objectives The study was to reveal the inhibition of angiogenesis on CAM by homoharringtonine (H). Method Gelatin sponges were implanted on top of CAM,when chick embryos developed on day 8, vessels which towards gelatin and microvascular density (MVD) in gelatin were counted on day 12. Results On CAM model, numbers of vessels at the sponge-CAM boundary and MVD were significantly different (p0.01).Conclusion The study has shown the antiangiogenesis on CAM model by H at low dose.
