Abstract
Objective:To observe and compare the effects of antiangiogenesis in CAM between As_2O_3 and cinobufacin. Methods:One hundred living chicken embryo cultured for 7 days were divided into four groups (twenty-five pieces each group):As_2O_3 in combination with cinobufacin, cinobufacin, As_2O_3, NS control group, with methyl cellulose discs as carriers, which were incoubated together, observed their effects of angiogenesis in CAM. Results:The inhibitive effects of angiogenesis in CAM is significant among groups of As_2O_3, cinobufacin and combining group. which was the most strong for the combination drug group. Conclusion:It is a positive cooperation for As_2O_3and cinobufacin against angiogenesis in CAM, and the combination drug group is more effective in antiangiogensis in CAM.
