Study on the Extraction Process of Corydalis decumbens

Abstract

The study on extraction process of Corydalis decumbens was carried out through orthogonal experimental design with protopine as the index.The effects of alcohol concentration(A),alcohol dosage(B),extraction times(C) and number of times(D) were investigated,respectively.The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction of protopine were obtained as follows: the concentration of alcohol 90%,material to alcohol 1:6 each time,extraction for 3 times,extraction time 2h at first time,and then 1h every time.The optimal process was proved to be better than the extraction process of acid.
