Abstract
Objective To establish the optimal ultrasonic extraction process of the alkaloid from Corydalis. Methods The concentration and volume of alcohol, and time of extraction were investigated in an L9(34) orthogonal design with the content of tetrahydropalmatine and yield of total extract as indexes. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 50% alcohol of 7 times boiling for 45 min each time and 3 times in all. Conclusion This process is reasonable and feasible, which may be used to extract the alkaloid from Corydalis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
