Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the value of TCT and high-risk HPV DNA detection combined with biopsy examination for screening cervical cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods 1827 married women underwent cervical cancer screening in our hospital from August 2013 to May 2014 were selected for TCT and HPV DNA detection. Then the patients with positive TCT or HPV result underwent colposcopic cervical biopsy. The cervical histopathological findings were selected as the diagnostic criteria. And a cross-check analysis was performed between the cervical histopathological findings and the results of TCT and HPV DNA detection. Results Of the 1827 patients, 226 patients were found with positive results by TCT, the positive rate was 12.37%;193 were found with positive results by high-risk HPV DNA detection, the positive rate was 10.56%; examined by biopsy, CINⅠ stage 43 cases, CINⅡ stage 27 cases, CIN Ⅲ stage 12 cases, SCC stage 15 cases. Conclusion TCT combined with high-risk HPV DNA detection and cervical biopsy can raise the detection rate of cervical diseases significantly, which is of important guiding significance for early screening.
