Abstract

Objective:To investigate the significance of the detection of high-risk HPV combined with cytological examination in cervical lesions screening.Method:1875 cases of female patients, screening for cervical cancer. All of the patients, respectively for HPV type gene detection(HR HPV-DNA),cervical liquid thin layer cell test(TCT),HR-HPV DNA+TCT joint inspection, pathological diagnosis standard for inspection.Result:In different levels of cervical lesions,HR-check out the positive rate of HPV+TCT was different.CIN Ⅰ patients was 62.12%,CIN Ⅱ patients was 77.63%,CIN Ⅲ patients was 83.33%,92.31% of patients with cervical invasive cancer. The overall sensitivity was 97.33%.Specific degree was 71.20%.Conclusion:High-risk type HPV detection combined cytological examination, used in screening of cervical lesions, can increase the screening efficiency,is suitable for early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
