Abstract

Objective:To study the value of liver biochemical tests in diagnosis of cirrhosis disease.Method:Selected 70 cases of cirrhosis disease in our hospital were set as the observation group, the other 70 cases of health person as the control group.Using automatic biochemical analyzer for serum analysis of all the people, contains 8 new indicators,12 liver projects and 2 lipid projects, and the test results were statistically analyzed.Result:70 cases of cirrhosis disease compared with 70 cases of health person, the test results of ASTm,GLDH,NAG,LAP,AFU and ADA were significantly higher, and the PAB decreased. Conclusion:The biochemical indicators of ASTm,GLDH,NAG,LAP,AFU and ADA in the diagnosis of cirrhosis disease have high test value.
