Abstract

Objective To study the clinical application value of liver function tests for the treatment of liver cirrhosis.Methods Results of liver function tests of 150patients with cirrhosis(case group)and 150healthy subjects(control group)were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results Except for total bile acid,levels of other indicators in case group were lower than control group.In cases group,there were 30cases of Child A grade,49cases of Child B grade and 71cases of Child C grade,and the levels of total cholesterol and albumin from high to low were A grade,B grade and C grade.Conclusion Liver function tests could be important for the judgment of disease condition,disease course and the prevention of liver cirrhosis.
