Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of laparoscopic internal vein ligation in the treatment of vaficocele. Methods Laparoscopic ligation of spermatic cord veins was conducted for 329cases with this disease. Results For 329 cases operations were all successful except for 11 cases being suffering postoperative complications then cured by the suitable treatment to the illness. Conclusion At high locational laparoscopic ligation of spermatic cord veins has such advantages as slight trauma, rapid convalescence, less complication, good curative effect, shorter hospitalization time, less spending etc.It is an optimal method to cure spermophlebectasia,so worthy to be popularized.
