Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic internal spermatic vein ligation.Methods:Laparoscopic ligation of spermatic cord veins was conducted for 47 cases.Results:All were successful.Conclusions:Laparoscopic high ligation of internal spermatic cord veins has the advantage of slight trauma, rapid convalescence, few complication, good curative effect, less hospitalization time, less spending etc. It is an optimal method to cure varicocele.
