International Comparison of Safe Fishery Construction

In the background of building a harmonious society,it is particularly urgent to perfect safe fishery construction,because of the serious problems in Chinese development of the fishing industry at this stage.This article inspects some successful experience about the safe construction of fishery in the world,and gets some use- ful enlightenment to the safe construction of fishery in our country.To concluded,the article is based on four as- pects including fishery production safety,fishery policy insurance system,fishery specialized cooperative economic organizations and social security system in fishery construction.
